Yoga Camp (NCC):
The yoga is derived from the Sanskrit word – 'Yuj' meaning union of mind with body and the universe at large. Our ancient science not only helps to promote a balanced development of physical, mental and spiritual but also helps in reducing stress, tension and all negativity from one's life in this fast paced world. Navyug celebrated the International Yoga Day on 21st of June, 2015 and has continued the tradition ever since. The college's NCC department organised a seven day workshop in June, 2016 within the college campus to make the students and faculty aware of Yoga's never ending benefits. NCC department of Navyug Kanya Mahavidyalaya Lucknow organised such programme last two years 2015-2017 where lots of cleanliness activities were held.
