University Of Lucknow with the collaboration of State Election Commission UP has Organized stall competition on matdata awareness at Indira Gandhi Prathisthan,lucknow,In which stall competition Navyug Volunteers got II position At state level. Volunteers also aware the society by various activities like Matdata song,Nukkad Natak,posters,Slogans etc.

The College organised various Voter Awareness Campaigns under the guidance of the NCC unit with the aim to increase voter percentage in the state and also to make the young voters aware of their basic right plus duty. First time Voters were shown step by step how to use the E.V.M (Electronic Voting Machine). Students enthusiastically participated in generating awareness of the public in exercising their vote through rallies and nukkad nataks. Our Principal, Dr. Srishti Srivastava regularly motivates the students to always exercise their right to vote in various local and national elections.

The Voters Awareness campaign was organised by Navyug Kanya Mahavidyalaya under the guidance of NSS unit to create the awareness about the right to vote among the youth. The students actively participated in the campaign. Even the first-time voters, they spread awareness about the right to vote and about the importance of electronic voting machine procedure. Indira Gandhi Pratishthan, Lucnow organized voter awareness camp and initiated the process for preparing voter ID card of students and NSS unit participated in such programme. Volunteers participated in poster competition on voter awareness at Jhule Lal Park, Lucknow in the session 2015-2017.
