The purpose of this committee is to ensure upkeep and maintenance of college building, equipments, furniture, lawns, garden and other facilities in the college. This includes regular maintenance, cleanliness, new capital investments and upgrades. The committee comprises of members from all faculties, staff and it is headed by college principal. The committee holds regular meetings chaired by the principal.

• To discuss matters related to maintenance and repair of the college building.
• To discuss taking up the new construction in the campus.
• Receives the maintenance requests and decides the actions needed.
• Review the condition of equipments and their upkeep.
• Ensure the general upkeep and cleanliness of the campus
• Maintenance of energy and lighting equipments like inverters, generators, Air-conditioners, fans and LED lights.
• This committee keeps record of each and every issue related to the maintenance.
