The Faculty members of the Zoology Department, NCC & NSS try to generate awareness towards the environment amongst students by organizing seminars, plantation drives, poster competitions, debate and essay writing competitions every year. Zoology department took initiative to save the birds. Students are made aware to save sparrows by making cage in their college and own houses and managing food grain-water etc. Environment should be friendly for the reproduction of chick. Whole campus of the college is fitted with the fire extinguisher. From time to time, staff and students are trained by inviting specialists from U.P. fire services.
