Alumni
An Alumni Association was established in the year 1999 under the guidance of our former Principal Late Dr. Vibha Awasthi. The objective of the association is to create a platform for the reunion of old students with their alma mater for sharing their past memories in this college & professional experience in whatever position they are holding in the Society. They make us aware of their achievements to make our college students benefited from this.
'Smritika' magazine was launched in 2010 with Major Dr. Manmeet Kaur Sodhi as the Editor. This magazine contains articles related to problems of social concerns-child rights, crime against women, illiteracy, gender biases repercussions of ignoring health; lacunae in higher education, career options, online education; common diseases and their cure, women's medical problems-precautionary measures & cure; ethics of Indian society & many more general topics.
The Alumni Association hosts an Alumni meet every year which is a Cultural and Social Event. A few ofour alumni have become a part of the college by working here as officiating Principal, HOD, AssociateProf., Assistant Prof., Non teaching staff etc. They feel privileged to be a part of Navyug Family.
